the rubber stop inside your tap is warn now try and find another, by the time you have tracked one down and reground the tap , would be cheaper to replace the tap

The seals in tap of gone , ye need to take tap head off and replace the washers

The rubber washer needs replacing, simple low cost job

Dependant on the type of tap, it could be the washer or grit stuck on the tap seat causing water to bypass, only thing is it's a minimum one hour call out cost, best change the tap if it's a basic one

Because its broke, call a plumber

have you replaced washer, if yes take a look at it see if any damage, if yes seat may need re grind or new tap.

It is broken and must be replaced

o ring washer get damaged time to time

It could bevthe washer or ceramic gland depending on the type of tap but needs dismantling to find out

It could be a rubber washer what's in the gland of the tap what has warn down and could possibly just need a new rubber washer if that's not the problem then could mean a new tap but to change the washer you would need to isolate your water and take the head off the tap and unscrew the tap fitting from the tap where you will then see the washer what would need changing.

ceramic-tap-glands it's a tap kit easy to change if you could isolate your water. What the problem the rubbers gone rap not closing fully or it could be scaled up.

if it as a washer traditional type it could be split / damaged needs replacing, if it is a ceramic disc that could be damaged you can get replacements but you need to know the type etc if tap is old fit new ones.

probably just requires a tap washer changing or on the more modern tap the full cartridge would require replacing

The rubber washers on the inside of the tap needs changing, its pershied, gone hard clogged with limescale, that is the reason for the continuous drip drip.

possible damage to a perished seal , which i would recommend using a qualified plumber .

The tap is dripping due to a defective seal or washer. There are generally 2 types. one will have a leather washer and the other a ceramic disc. The washer is replaced by disassembling the tap and replacing the washer. The ceramic disc usually amounts to replacing the tap internals.
