But the easiest solution would be to dig out a Chanel in the concrete to the correct depth to put a 90 degree elbow fixture to the pipe and have it run from where it is now to inline witch the next base unit ( the sink ) then use another 90degree elbow fixture to run it upwards to the sink, if there’s not already an outlet for water to get into your dishwasher this can be fitted on the same visit taking up an additional 30 mins

However the cutter must be rigged to a dust extraction unit and we would recommend a minor works RAMS /risk assessment and method statement. An expirenced operative will be needed for both the cutting of the concrete and the modification to the incoming water supply. Great care will need to be taken when all elements of this work is undertaken and during the reinstatement process. Dishwasher usually have a small void...if integrated they are usually lifted approx 75mm off floor so plenty space to elbow it across at floor level...if not and pipe against wall either dig up floor to reposition or have sishwasher sticking out slightly...needs to be viewed
