Call a plumber .... pay him and he will fix it.

When you say water leaking in my pan if it's not on to the floor then it means your valve isn't shutting in the system or its not level and the toilet over filling through the overflow into the pan. It needs a aJusting or new one.hope this helped.

No it's just ball valve that needs adjusting

water keep leaking into pan means the float valve is faulty or the siphon diagram is letting by. you will need plumber unless you are capable of carrying DIY WORK.

if it is modern pushbutton, it could be one of 2 things, a fault with the fill valve and water is overflowing or fault with pushbutton not resetting properly, both are easy to solve and should not cost a lot

Hello , this seem to be the rubber washer that isolate the flush water into the system needs to be replaced let me know when you available to fix it for you .

Regards,,,

It sounds like the cistern is overflowing or is faulty so a plumber should be able to sort this at a reasonable cost

Ball valve is letting water by, if you are not confident in changing a ball valve call a plumber. Cheap low cost job.
