Unstable water temperature

I live in a residential caravan and I cannot regulate the water temperature in my shower. Sometimes it's really hot and other times it's an ok temperature. It fluctuates whilst I'm in the shower. Do I need to buy a new unit. I have the water temperature turned right down on the boiler but this doesn't seem to make any difference.

Hi
Abit more information required.
Is it a thermostatic shower or electric shower?
If it’s thermostatic turn the boiler temperature up for the hot water.
If there is no difference it’s the temperature valve in the shower.

If it’s an electric shower are you using any other things at the same time?
Like a Washing machine/dish washer.
the cold or hot tap on a kitchen sink being used?
It’s possible the cold water supply might not being sufficient for the demand when being used simultaneously.

Hi the shower will require a new thermostatic Cartridge if you cannot regulate the water.

This can be caused by the water pressure dropping and increasing. Need to investigate.

if it is a thermostatic valve then the H&C may be the wrong way round. because the thermostatic valve can't regulate the temperature.
