One tap doesn't get hot!
We have a Bosch combi boiler, approx 5-6 years old. The hot water from the taps and the shower gets HOT! Except for the bath hot water tap, which for some reason only gets just above luke warm. Probably not relevant, but bath tap is the closest tap to the boiler. Even the hot water tap at the bathroom sink, which is barely 6 feet away from the bath tap gets very hot.
The pressure in the boiler is good.....I top it up whenever necessary to keep it in the green.
I can't even comprehend how this can be possible, let alone what might cause it. Any ideas??
