Faulty prv or faulty cistern valves
Pressure Dial on pipe under boiler is high plus gives out whine when taps are turned on and off or toilets flushed. Pressure goes down if I turn on all taps temporarily. In both bathrooms, water ejects into bowl from cistern when I turn off hot or cold taps. Plus whining noise can be heard from prv in boiler cupboard. Is it the prv, the pipes or the valves in the toilet cisterns?? Help.please
