Leak from ceiling from shower
This is a reoccurring problem but hasn’t happened for years - when the shower has been used more than twice water is dripping from ceiling. It doesn’t happen after first or second use. I fixed it last time by using drain unblocker even though water is not backing up in the tray.

Could be shower tray trap loose water going throug floor affectingceiling, shower tray silicone damaged while you have shower water can going through and affecting ceiling below.
This may be due to silicone seal, over time sealant comes away from the around the shower area allowig water to find its way under tray. This then allows water to build up under the floor eventually making its way through and leaking from the ceiling below. This is also the case with grout breaking away on the tiles
It sounds like there could be a loose joint in the waste pipe, which is often the culprit in these situations. Depending on the material of the shower tray, it may also have developed a hairline crack that's allowing water to seep through. When excessive water collects, this weakness becomes apparent and results in leakage. Another possibility is a split near the top of the pipe, when the water level stays elevated, it finds that weak point and starts to escape. All of these issues can lead to the kind of leaks you're experiencing.
This is possibly the trap on the shower maybe the pipe has come loose rubber has perforated or the seal around the waste may have come loose just because it doesn’t come through the ceiling on the first bath or shower doesn’t mean the water isn’t taking its time to seep through the ceiling or out the trap slowly
