Sewer smell in shower, is it a P-trap issue?
I've got a sewery smell coming from the walk in shower but not the sink or bath which are all on the same outgoing pipe or anywhere else in the house, does this sound like it is a problem with the P-Trap on the shower? We have also had the drains under the house washed out so we know there are no blockages there either.
Advice from 2 local tradespeople
Check there is water in the shower trap, it needs water to seal
It could be having a Drain, not enough water in the trap
