Toilet Bowl water level drops and recovers partially - likely culprit?
Have an issue with a toilet in a property which once flushed the water in the bowl begins at usual level, drops to just below U bend level, gurgling slightly then recovers/refills to about half way between the bend and normal bowl level. What is the likely culprit blocked pipe or vent issues? Thanks in advance appreciate it.
