One tap noisy
The sink tap in the bathroom make a noisy whooshing noise when open. Every other tap in the house does not. any ideas

There is more than one reason possible.
I recommend check washer or some missing part of tap. Also high pressure can make noise.
This happens because of loose connections This could be at the handle, spout, or internal connection
