Hot water pressure
I have just moved into a flat that was vacant for a year+ on moving I have found the hot water pressure drops off after 20 seconds or so, the cold water runs fine no issues whatsoever.
The flat is electric only so no boiler just a range tribune he water tank.
Any advice would be massively appreciated.
