Have been trying for hours

Need a new tolite flush rubber seal has gone
You need a new ball valve or balvave and syphon
There 2 main reasons for thus type of issue...
1. It coils be a faulty flush valve, which is continuously running and therefore would need to be serviced or possibly replaced
2. It could be a faulty water inlet valve which also be faulty and would similarly need to be serviced or replaced. To get a definitive answer a professional would need to come to you and take a look.
