Outlet pipe not working

Hi,
I have recently purchased a house that had an outbuilding attached to the house.
I have intergrated the outhouse to my house and there was a radiator already there (never checked if this worked).
I have replaced the radiator that was there with a new one (that was working).

However the issue i have is the radiator does not warm up i have tried all sorts:
1) bled the radiator even let water pore out
Result = radiator starts to warm up in the bottom.
2) emptyied the system and pumped air through it
Result = water came back out the inlet pipe NO air or water came out the outlet.
3) blew air from other radiator outlet and inlet pipes
Result on the radiator in question the inlet pipe spewed out water the outlet NOTHING.
4) checked the valves
Result working perfectly

I cant figure out were the outlet pipe is going except along the wall and into the wall between the ground floor and the first floor.

I suspect the issue is with the outlet pipe, how can i track it without ripping up the floorboards?

Is there alternative fix can i feed the outlte pipe into the inlet as a loop?

I dont know much about radiators or how plumbing systems work.

I wouldn’t do this, I’d track back and take up the floor boards
