Intermittent cold water to kitchen tap
I live in a ground floor flat of a 4 storey building (built 2007) and have a mixer tap in my kitchen but more often than not recently I have no cold water coming out of the tap or sometimes just a little or very very occasionally there might be a decent flow of cold water. Cold water feeds my washing machine which works fine and cold water to my bathroom is fine. Any help on what the problem might be please and what I would need to do to get this resolved?

I would assume that it is the specific tap in question. If it has been there for the last 16 years then it is likely to be worn out and require replacing. I would suggest that either the regulator valve is wearing out or there is a build up of limescale or something.
