How to replace a valved tap connector?
I want to replace a valved flexi tap connector with a slightly longer one. As regards a new connector I can see it seems simple enough to connect the sink end but I am worried about a leak when fitting the valved end. I can see it connects to the bare copper pipe but is there an olive somewhere in the picture?

I would close of the water to the and replace the tap connector with a new valve, olive with ptfe tape to solve any future problems
