No Cold Water
Since we renovated our bathroom we have been unable to run any cold water through the shower, the water comes through scalding hot.
All other taps in the flat work fine, including the bath taps directly below the shower.
Is this an issue with the shower fitting or could it be a bigger problem and how is it remedied?

It could possibly be piped up to the hot tap rather than the cold supply
If the shower is plumbed in correctly.its more than likely the temperature setting on the mixer valve needs adjusting

If you have shower mixer that can be adjusted for hot water that why you had just hot water usually is "grohe " type but can be other to.so first check if you can adjusted temperature on.to do that you just need to take front plate off.

It’s your shower valve. Or maybe there is hot water isolating valve somewhere closed
Hot and cold pipes to the mixer fitted wrong way round. I'm guessing , that thermostatic mixer.
