2 in 1 toilet & sink combo
I am low on space and have a toilet but need a sink, I thought about a toilet and sink combi but there's only a cold water pipe connected and no chance of a hot water pipe without major works. Is it still possible to have one and is the water coming safe to use in the sink

Hi, yes it’s still possible to have one, if you don’t want the extra work of provide a hot feed that’s also fine, the water coming out the tap is safe and the waste water will just fill in the cistern saving on water usage also. Hoped this helped. Kind regards CS property services
