Radiator removal - join or cap pipes?
If I remove one radiator do I have to join the two pipes together Or can I cap them off?

Cap off
Do not join them togheter just cap off best below floor lvl
Cup them off, but depends on how your pipe system was created, as maybe that’s flow and return and radiator is like an link between then, or maybe is done normal and you should be okay with cups on the end
