Out pipe solution for sink, dish washer and washing machine
If I'm attaching a dishwasher and washing machine to my kitchen sinks out-pipe (The pipe goes straight down under the concrete floor after the kitchen sink), am I better with double input hose connectors
Or
A standing water pipe?
or does it not matter and should I just use whatever best suits the space

You can use appliances trap to connect dishwasher without any problem after it.
