Toilet Flush Valve leaking into overflow intermittently
My toilet flush valve - Fluidmaster400UK does not appear to close so water keeps on coming into the cistern and into the overflow pipe. I have cleaned the cap and also removed the cap to flush out any stones/dirt. I'm not sure if this fixed it and if so it was not a permanent fix. Also when i turn the water off overnight it seems to be work for a while...until it overflows again. I dont wish to change the flush unit in case that wont fix it.
