Waste water not draining away
I recently fitted a new kitchen sink, the sink has a deeper base and so the waste kit goes lower than previously. The main waste pipe that leads to the outside is fairly high and sits just below the bottom of the sink.
This means there is a lot of waste water that sits in the pipes below the sink and I think this is causing a sewage smell emitting from my washing machine.
What can I do to resolve this?

Hi you can either alter the kitchen waste pipe or run a new seperate waste for the other appliances
