Does kitchen tap type matter?
Hi! We live in a house where hot water is heated in a tank from the coal fire back boiler, or electric top up when required. Does this have any impact on choosing taps, ie can I opt for monobloc mixer, or is it better to be able to control the hot and cold separately? I hope that makes sense! Thanks ????

Yes, it's possible. Just need a pressure equalizing valve on the pipes
