Cause of rattling pipes at night?
We've been having a problem with pipes rattling in the middle of the night (typically around 1-2am).
We're mostly asleep at this time (with the noise waking me up), and no one is using anything in the flat (this noise has never occurred when using washing machine, shower or taps).
I think I've located where the noise is coming from, but it's stuck in a place where I can't access it, so can't properly diagnose if it's a loose fitting. I'm also unable to check the water pressure on our boiler.
Any help about what the issue could be what be greatly helpful.
