toilet blocked
hi, my toilet is blocked, I've tried two plungers and a liquid unblock-er. And a hanger. but it still the water rises to to top. it slowly drains the there's little water left at the bottom of the bowl. Could you advise?

I would say call a plumber! It may need investigation but may also have something stuck in the pipework.
Power plunger maybe. If not, it's most likely from further down the waste pipe.
Best thing is to try and plunge it yourself and see if this works
Or try to find manhole outside and run bathroom tap and if this does not come to manhole lielihood is drain pipe blocked and best to call an expert thanks mark
