Can only get hot water through shower
The shower only delivers hot water despite having a blender valve. I replaced the cartridge but the problem remained and would cut out if I tried to cool the flow down, so I stripped the unit down to basics and found that there doesn’t seem to be any cold water going to the blending valve as you couldn’t have a straight forward cold shower. Is there a way to remedy this or is it a case of replacing the blending unit?

If it’s thermostatic it will have a supply for hot and for cold.if it worked before I’d suggest checking the pipework then installing a new one.
Check tape in bathroom are not doing the same and then check electric is on to the shower - then call an expert thanks mark
