It will cost labour time per hour also cost of bottles of freeze spray and stopcock , roughly 80-120 including parts
Approx £60-70 labour and parts approx £40 depending on freeze kit prices but you should be able to isolate water from main stop tap located generally in footpath in front or rear of or and no freeze would required bringing cost of parts to about £10
If its main water £85 job done
I charge about 70£ for labour for that.
