Dear Customer thank you for your question, I'm a plumber working in the west midlands and our out of hours time are 10pm until 6am Monday to Friday and 6pm until 6am weekends

There are no set rules as far as I know. I would say anything after 7 PM up to 8AM the next morning.
6pm to 7am
I don't about other tradesmen
From 5.30 pm till 8am the next day Eddie
All depends on the plumber, but I'd say most plumbers class it as 17:00-08:00
We don't charge any call out fees, we only charge for the work we do. Some plumbers charge a fee after normal working hours, possibly after 10pm
At Weaves Interiors our out of hours start from 8pm till 8am the next morning.
Each company will have its own timings but generally from 5pm until 8am
