Heat Genie
We have a Heat Genie installed with solid fuel and oil. When we just have the oil on the last 2 radiators have stopped heating as well as the rest and the heat seems to be travelling around the heat genie is this normal

What you are describing is a classic short-circuiting or bypass issue, and no, it isn't "normal" for the last two radiators to suddenly stop working when they used to heat up fine.
