How to get new radiators to heat up?
I had 2 new radiators installed in sept 2022 but they dont heat up. I have bled them to release air but still nothing. The only way they heat up is if we close all the valves on the upstairs level of our house. We also had an expansion vessel inside our boiler replaced as this was faulty, but even then the 2 new radiators do not heat up unless we close the ones on the upper level. How can i fix this as we are struggling this winter. Any advise will be greatly appreciated

Sounds like you could do with a power flush on your system to make to water flow better to the radiators
The radiators could be dirty with debris and needs flushing
Re pressurise the boiler
