Cost for landlord safety check?
Hi. I have an invoice of £115 for "landlord safety check to boiler and cooker. Repressurise expansion vessel." Is that a reasonable price? Thanks very much for any advice.

Our costs at pipe it up plumbing and heating are
£60 for boiler service and cp12 certificate
Additional £20 for cooker or hob
Additional £50 for gas fire
Hi, a Gas Safety Inspection (GSI) can vary for a number of reasons, you location/traveling time, the access to the boiler and to the gas meter to do what is called a drop test. Prices range from £75 -£150 inc of VAT
