That's a bit excessive to my mind. I would change the radiator and test the system. The price would only change if pipework needed altering or system needed completely flushing

Cost to renew a radiator.... Inc chemicals (inhibitor) checking system is fully functioning after new radiator is fitted.cost £305
To swap over a radiator and drain your system . Re fill once fitted and re load with inhibitor will cost between £250-£290 .it will be more if there is any pipework to alter .

Thats too way expensive. 1 radiator my plumber does for £160
