true cost of a call out
Need an idea on true cost of a call out. Called them on a Saturday tea time but they couldn't get to us until Sunday afternoon. Once he arrived he told us it was a matter of a switch/button that had been turned off by accident, he turned it on, spent less than 30 seconds with us and left.
How much is a reasonable price considering he was 5 mins down the road as well?

We don't charge call out charges.
Min of 1 hour call out. 120 during day on sunday 240 after 5pm sunday
bank holdiays more but he should have stated call out fee over phone
Everyone got different prices
His distance away from you is of no concern. You called him and he came on Sunday. If you agreed to a Sunday call then you have no argument. It was an easy fix. But he did it, not you. He is experienced and qualified and that's what you are paying for
