How much to plaster skim 3 rooms?
For planning and budgeting purposes could you provide me with a rough price to plaster 3 rooms. We are in the process of making an offer on a house, so only a rough figure needed. Thank you!

1 bag covers 10 square meters so you would have to measure each wall length x width to achieve the square meterage and then it gives you the meterage at 1 coat of plaster

Depending on how big the rooms are . A small room would be 200 . Medium 280 . Large 350
All depend on rooms it can be plaster board or Victorian house with 9 foot walls and old plaster witch take longer to do.

This would depend on the size of the rooms and if you would need two coats of plaster with the first being a bonding coat. I would say that most plasters would charge you on a day rate and this would depend on the plaster that you chose.
