Can I stick pvc panels direct onto a tiled surface

You can stick PVC panels directly onto tiles if the tiles are clean, dry, and firmly fixed. Use a strong adhesive suitable for smooth surfaces, like a heavy-duty panel adhesive or construction adhesive.
However, ensure the surface is well-prepared by cleaning and lightly sanding the tiles to improve adhesion.
Yes with a good silicone I actually recommend leaving on tiles as it gives an extra barrier to water getting through.

UPVC panels can be installed over tiles as long as the tiles are securely attached to the wall and free from dust and grease residue.

I would advise you to quickly sand / scratch the tiles with a coarse sand paper and then wipe down to remove dust/sediment before applying the 'SOLVENT FREE' adhesieve to stick the panels.
Also apply a small bead of silicone between each panel tounge / groove
