Leaking guttering or gutters need to be cleaned?

We have just had a couple days of heavy rain in the UK and I've noticed that a wall in my bedrooms is abit damp with wipeable like sawdust residue, then after the second day of rain, the wall paper is bubbling.
I was able to inspect the area outside where the guttering is and noticed that the corner guttering isn't flush to the wall like my other neighbours as well as, while it was raining, I noticed some drops of water coming from the guttering.
I took a video and pictures but can't post on here, but would like some help on if I should get the gutters cleaned 1st to see if that's the problem (guttering was installed 1st of Jan 23) or contact the roofer who did it with the video and pictures to see if it's an gutter leak issue and get them to repair it under their guarentee.

You just need someone to see if its blocked first. I doubt it needs repair if its that new, but a quick check would identify any problem ,and if its only leaves and twigs, its remedied right away.
Since your guttering is new (installed Jan 2023), the problem could be a faulty installation rather than blockage. Take your video and pictures and contact the roofer first — most new gutters come with a guarantee, and they should inspect and fix any leaks. Cleaning may help, but given it’s only a couple of months old, the roofer should address it under warranty.
Give the company a call who installed the guttering to inspect it and get them to do it under the guarantee as if it's the leaking from the guttering they installed they are liable to rectify the problem

I would first of all call the contractor that installed it due to it being new, and also that it comes with a guarantee.
They should repair it at the first available chance
If the gutter is not flush to the wall the rainwater may be going behind the guttering and not into it. Thia woukd cause the damp on the wall. It shouldn't be blocked if it has recently been installed, it may be running the wrong way and from the outlet instead of to the outlet. I would advise getting the company back as you are under warranty.
Is the corner slightly bowed? If so the corner piece needs replacing but definitely clean the gutters first as that is the answer for most guttering issues.

It does sound like a damp problem and if it's in the same area as your leaking guttering that could be the culprit but if that is the case water is getting from the outside to the inside somehow.
If you had a contractor do some works , I would certainly use their guarantee as they should honour their guarantee.
To clean the gutter should cost no more than £50 . Without seeing the extent of the problem , it’s a difficult one to give a full price on but I would definitely use your contractors guarantee
