Toilet drain
My toilet drain fills with water while I flush, and it takes 40 seconds to pass the water( slowly), which is why dust also doesn't pass. What can I do? I used to throw the toilet paper. I thought it got stuck or something else because as per the house owner, it is an old house . What do I have to do? Would you mind guiding me, please?

I would say you have a partial blockage on the pipe run would need jetting clear or rodding clear , or my second guess would be blocked vent pipe in the soil stack or faulty Air admittance valve (AAV)

I would camera the run of drains for blockages. Once found either rod or jet the drainage to clear blockage.
Get a plunger give it a good old plunge failing that some drainage rods that will do it if not call a plumber
If I was u I would get a plunger or auger and try dislodge any obstructions if it still possists to do it call a plumber
