fitting a shower with a bottom fee?
my existing shower has a side water feed, but the new one has a bottom feed. is there an adaptor available for this change?

Not really an adaptor more a case of altering the feed pipe to fit the new shower unit entry point. Depending on the shower unit the existing pipe fitting angle might be adjustable enough to suit.
Yes there is always adapters available to make adjustments
Personally I would have recommended an alternative part that would have been more compatible with your system and bathroom set up
