Can you place two wall hanging loos back to back in different rooms into one soil stack

No.. At least not in the same level

Yes

It is against all rools to fit WC's back to back across a soil pipe...for reasons that are obvious! The WC's need re-plumbing with the outlets at different levels or at different points along the soil pipe.

It really depends on how much space you have behind the wall and where the soil stack is positioned. Tricky without seeing the area. It doesn’t sound like you could as the frames and the soil pipe requires at least 450mm for each loo.

Yes this can be done with the correct venting and equipment.

Yes this is possible

Non

Yes

Yes, as long as they are back to back

It depends if there is enough room to access the soil stack with more than one coupling

Yes you can if the wall void is wide enough

Most houses have more than one toilet, and if they are on the same side of the house, their waste lines can usually tie into the same stack. If they are on opposite sides, however, each may need its own stack.

Yes back to back loos are in fashion

Yes

You need to find out if your wall is strong enough. I had to do one and rebuild the wall to hold it
