Hot water bath tap

Tap is ok when turned on but reduces to a trickle after 30 seconds

Answers

This could be due to a leakage/blocked supply pipe. I will need to investigate the boiler and seek advice from a professional plumber.

Possible to be a leak in the sistem and that is the reason for loosing pressure

Probably the problem is in your pipes, there might be rust or debris blocking the pipes

There's more than one, two or even five things that could have gone wrong. The cause of your low hot water pressure could be debris and sediment in taps, water leaks, blocked filters or a faulty tempering valve.

If it's only the hot water that is at a trickle, you might need a plumber to clean and flush your hot water unit. Sediment and scale in your hot water tank can build up as the tank ages and corrodes. This can cause blockages over time and low hot water pressure.

There could be a load of answers to this situation but there must be a blockage somewhere in the pipes

Bath tap sounds to me like not suitable for water pressure or maybe rubber fittings which are where the tap areas are that can be easily changed as long as you got a ball valve shut off point
