My charge is £20 per square meter. However you have to make sure your floor is levelled enough to lay your laminate. If it’s need levelling then it’s another expense depending on condition of flooring

The area you need is 16 square meters, laminate flooring is now priced at £9-£11 a meter . Working it out at £9 a meter is £144. Any price between £120-£180 is a fair price. I live in Liverpool so southern prices may vary.

my average price for laminate flooring is between £22 to £26 per square meter. If the floor requires a beading around the perimeter, I charge around £4 per meter to fit. The rate depends on the shape of the room and the difficulty's that might be face.

Hi, if you provide laminate, underlay and angle trims it can be done for about 450£
If you want that the job is done in a very good way and not see the trim around we can remove the skirting and re install it later after the flooring is done it will be around 750£

£15 per sqm is the standard rate outside of London in the south. It will vary by job complexity

Dnt know about other floorers but I'd charge £150.

If it is normal click fit laminate and the room is bare ready to take the new floor then between £280~ £350. If it is glue down then considerably more, same with oak if being placed on a wooden floor. Also if existing floor has to be removed then allow for this too.

Hi, the measurements you’ve given are approximately 18sqm. To install laminate flooring I charge £15sqm which comes to £270. My prices are about average but the standard of my work is of the highest quality. I am also polite, conscientious and tidy. So when i’ve finished, apart from having a fantastic new floor, you wouldn’t know that i’d been there.
