close up standard gas fire opening
what would be the cost of closing up a standard gas fire opening,also removing ceramic tiles surrounding the opening where old wooden fireplace has been.

Remove the old tiles brick up the opening bond out the opening then plaster finish to match the existing inc materials approx £130-£150

'Old wooden fireplace'? I presume you mean the actual 'old wooden fireplace surround'?
