Cost of changing fireplace?
Is it to difficult to remove fireplace
Advice from 2 local tradespeople
It isn’t difficult but once’s it’s removed you need to plaster the wall and repair the floor. Cost is about £350 + vat

What do you want to replace it with? i.e. Multi-burner stove, gas fire, electric fire?
Could you supply any photos of the current insitu fireplace please?
