Swollen bricks?

Hi the first 3 rows of bricks on the side of my house look swollen and are not flush with the rest of my brickwork. What needs to be done please
Thank you

Advice from 4 local tradespeople

It could be the first getting in to the brick so I would say replace them and check that the dpc in the first course is OK

Sounds as tho the brick have been affected by damp or frost , a cut and fill approach is required ie take a patch out redo and allow to set and then move on to next effected area its very important that the areas effected are properly replaced and underpinned with slate if required and solidly pointed back in

Change bricks

Brick took out and replaced setting back to original brickwork above
