Porcelain floor tile marks?
Can someone help please I had these fitted and day they were fitted Marks were appearing on the tiles that will not wash off tiles have hardly even been walked on......shop saying should have been sealed and box doesn’t say anything about sealing?? Help where I I stand I do believe these tiles to be faulty. What causes this and how do I rectify these Marks please ????

Hi I would contact the main manufacturer about the product and find out whether they are meant to be like that if not you need to call up a local rap and get them to come out to have a look hopefully they can point you in the right direction but if they are 40 or misprint they have to change them or give you a refund
Might sound stupid try toothpaste to clean the if it work seal them to prevent it happening again
