Planning permission / building control for removal of chimney breast and support of stack?
I want to remove my chimney breast from living room and support the stack in the loft, its a bungalow! I have had people telling me i will need planning permission, building notice, party wall application, building control etc. How do i go about finding out if i need these and how do i get them or is it the workers responsibility? Not got much idea to be honest, thanks Leon
