Removal of Salt efflorescence on skim
I have just had my Bedroom skimmed by a professional plasterer and the outside wall is full of salt efflorescence after two weeks. I have asked the plasterer about coming to look at it and he told me to go and buy plaster sealer and apply it. The paint shop owner ( who is not a last week) said salt will eat through plaster sealer in no time and is not the right product. The plasterer is blanking me. Anxious to decorate but cannot do so with this problem. What advice from professional Plasterers?

hi good afternoon i can solve your problem buy a plastic roll the size of the area that has a problem and then install new carton boards if u still need it i can go to your job and the fair budget
Sorry if earth salt coming through the wall you may have a damp issue and need locate damp see if penetrating damp or then correct with professional advice and a professional advice plasterer
