asbestos on valuation report
im remortgaing and ive had to get a specialist report for utility room querying asbestos in artex. Outcome is its 1% chrystaline and recomends removing it as its badly damaged in some places. All the knobbly bits have previously been removed and its quite smooth. Do I really need to take the whole lot off, can it not just be plastered over which I was going to have done anyway (by a professional, not me) thamks

It state if you sealing it it dont need removing in a safe state .your plaster can advice you on conditions if ok
