Building regs for removal of chimney breast
Have building regs always been needed to remove, if not which year did the regulation come in please

You need to get building regs to make sure it's still strong and sound so it's easy to sell
Building regs always depend on the council for that area , all councils are different and have there own set rules/regs basics are the same but it really can vary . Contact your local council before any major works are undertaken hope this helps
