"Tom carried out repair works to our rendered retaining walls and steps, including re-building a corner of the wall, raking out joints on walls and steps and repointing, and finally carried redecoration including handrail. Tom was reliable, courteous, protected surfaces when working, and we are very pleased with the standard of work carried out. Would thoroughly recommend. Thank you Tom."

"We hired Thomas for garden landscaping in Oct. Work was finished quickly, but snagging issues remain unresolved nearly a year later despite repeated promises. He cited bad weather, bereavement, and a driving ban, yet continued trading (sometimes via his brother). Our requests for repairs or a small refund are now ignored. Problems include collapsing stone wall, uneven patio slabs, puddles, unsafe gaps, low grouting, and crumbling edges. Beware—retain payment until work is fully completed."

"Thomas was very punctual and professional. The quality of his work was excellent and he was fast. He did not drag any task or create unnecessary work just to charge more. His rates were very competitive as well and he went the extra mile to volunteer helping us pick up the laminated flooring from B&Q. I will recommend him any day. But not until he has finished all the many tasks I have for him. Good workmen are hard to find, especially in Milton Keynes. Thumbs up Thomas ???? "
