Aquaviva Construction Ltd

"Aquaviva successfully completed the works requested. They are fair and knowledgeable people. My only cons: - I had to be quite involved in the process and had to source various materials myself - At times there was miscommunication between the different workers on who was responsible for what - Initial consultation was not very thorough and surprises came up, though they were resolved Overall and I am pleased with the results. I would recommend them for bathroom renovations. Thank you."

"I hired Aquaviva to help with my bathroom remodeling. I had an excellent experience. Two things stood out, 1) Transparency. Their quotes are incredibly detailed. There's no room for misunderstandings 2) They go the extra mile to deliver a nice job. I have been feeling all along that they really cared about my bathroom looking good.. hard to find in my experience.."

"I had the pleasure of coming across Aquaviva construction when I was looking for a contractor to completely refurbish our bathroom. The bathroom being a wet room had not been done well previously, so there was also a leak issue that needed to be dealt with. What impressed me most almost immediately was Fabrizzio's attention to detail, almost immediately upon meeting me to view the potential work. He was attentive, was happy to provide advise as well as pointing out potential issues that needed t"

"Fabrizio from Aquaviva was fantastic. I needed my fireplace closed off and his company completed the task quickly and efficiently. "I had a problem with temperature fluctuations on my shower, and received 6 quotations from tradespeople on this site. Aquaviva's quotation was a third of the other quotations I received. Fabrizzio and Anna were a joy to work with. They were excellent communicators by email before the job. They arrived punctually. Most importantly, they did the work quickly and efficiently, to a good standard. Affordable plumbing work is incredibly rare in London, and this company is a marvel. Highly recommended."

"Job completed to a Good standard and paid as initially priced."

"5 stars with excellence to Fabrizio and his company. I was super happy about the quality of his work. He provided a detailed quote with labour and materials included whilst other companies were rather vague and didn't provide enough details on materials and timelines. He project planned the works perfectly and faced problems promptly. He is very easy to deal with, he provided very intelligent solutions and will engage you in any decision. He fixed a very serious structural problem in my bathroom, and designed bespoke kitchen and wardrobe with excellent quality materials and attention to details. He transformed my flat completely. Bravo!! "
